1. How do I book a pick-up?
Booking is simple! Just fill in the Book Now form on our website, and we’ll get back to you within one working day with confirmation and payment instructions.
2. What areas do you service, and is there a delivery fee?
We offer free pick-up and delivery within a 10 km radius of Burwood. Outside this area, a $10 delivery fee applies.
3. How much does your wash–dry–fold service cost?
5 kg Bag – $28
10 kg Bag – $48
Bulk and commercial discounts are available for larger or recurring orders.
4. Do you offer bulk or commercial discounts?
Yes! Discounts are applied based on bag quantities or regular commercial orders:
Domestic: 5–10 bags = 5% off, 11–20 bags = 10% off, 21+ bags = 15% off
Commercial: Small (up to 50 kg/week) = 5–10% off, Medium (50–150 kg/week) = 10–15% off, Large (150 kg+/week) = 15–20% off or custom quote
5. What items can you wash? Are there any exceptions?
We handle clothing, bedding, blankets, and many specialty items. Items not included in our service (e.g., dry-clean only fabrics) must be noted in advance.
6. Do you guarantee stain removal?
All laundry is carefully inspected for stains and damage before and after washing. While we take care to clean every item, stain removal is not guaranteed. Any damage or notable stains are documented and communicated to you.
7. Do you provide ironing/pressing?
Yes! Ironing or pressing is available at an additional cost per item. You can select this when booking.
8. Can you handle bedding, blankets, or specialty items?
Yes, we offer washing for blankets, duvet covers, curtains, pet bedding, and more. Pricing varies depending on size and type.
9. Do I need to sort my laundry before pick-up?
No need — we can handle sorting, washing, drying, and folding for you. Simply pack your laundry in bags.
10. How long does it take to return my laundry?
Typical turnaround is 48hours. If you require same-day or express service, an additional fee applies.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
Payment instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation. We accept bank transfers, online payment, or other convenient methods.
12. Can I schedule regular pick-ups?
Absolutely! Weekly or fortnightly scheduled pickups are available and free.
13. What should I do if an item is missing or damaged?
Any issues with missing or damaged items will be handled promptly. We document all items carefully, and you will be notified immediately if any damage is noted.
